01 Consulting Services
When introducing a machine, we first ask the customer about basic requirements, such as the items to be filled, type of packaging material and production speed. Then, we make proposals for an optimal machine or machine development in light of our experience and know-how.
02 Test Run
Before installing the machine, we perform a thorough test run. Especially in cases where precise confirmation is required, such as shipments to overseas factories and weighing processes of pharmaceuticals, we strictly review the specifications of packaging materials and filled items and perform quality checks of packaging.
03 Engineering Services
We provide a wide range of engineering support for introduction and installation of equipment, including advice on the need for additional peripheral devices for production and automation of stacking, banding and other downstream processes. This is a support service that takes into consideration the ease of use at the production site, including a study of work procedures, efficient machine layout and floor plans of various accessories.
04 Quick Parts Supply Services
To prevent production lines from stopping, we strive to keep an optimum inventory of replacement parts for each machine. For general-purpose parts, we have a specialized parts plant that can supply parts promptly by managing the usage period and annual replacement records together with shipment data. For special and custom-made parts also, we have a quick production system that allows for supply in a minimum number of days.
