Research
Research on environmental and other social issues
As global environmental issues are becoming a global challenge, containers and packaging are also required to be environmentally friendly. Topack is conducting in-house research particularly to solve problems with marine plastic waste. For example, in anticipation of sustainable packaging, we are working with package manufacturers to develop new sealing technologies. We are also committed to research on packaging technology to ensure the safety of food.
Aiming for next-generation packaging innovations
In anticipation of a future in which labor shortages will become more serious, we are conducting research on basic technologies that will accelerate efficiency and human resource savings by increasing the accuracy of packaging lines, including predictive maintenance using AI. We hope to create packaging innovations through the use of technology for a more prosperous and safer future society.
Development
Developing packaging and production processes for new product"
Whether it is a new food product or a new form of a pharmaceutical product, Topack’s development capabilities can support our customers’ product development strategies. We propose the development of new packaging methods to meet the demands of our customers, who are focusing on new product development, in response to rapidly changing consumer needs. Of course, Topack can also be trusted to improve existing lines. We can offer a variety of proposals, including an automatic pouch packaging machine that meets the need for easy-to-open packaging. Our designers visit customers directly from the development stage to promote development.
One-stop automation, including downstream processes
There is an increasing need to automate packaging lines to reduce costs and improve safety and quality control, as well as to save labor in the processes after the automatic pouch packaging process. Although Topack is a packaging machine manufacturer, we can flexibly handle the development of equipment in the upstream and downstream processes in collaboration with our partner equipment manufacturers.
