Eye-catching 3D packaging is possible with unique triangular pyramid-shaped pouches.
Pyramid-shaped pouches are created by reciprocal sealing operations of two sets of horizontal sealing bars.
The servo motor-driven vertical sealing bar feeds the film for stable pitch control. In addition, the touch panel makes it easy to change pouch length.
By changing the position of the horizontal sealing bars, pillow pouches can also be formed.
A volumetric measuring device (rotary disk) is included, and mixed packaging of various materials is also possible. Depending on the application, it can be connected with a weighing machine, counting machine and/or auger filler.
