  • Adopting a servo motor
    Servo motor control is used for film pitch feed, and the touch panel makes it easy to match printing patterns and change pouch length.
  • Sealing bar heat sealing system
    Separate and independent vertical and horizontal sealing mechanisms ensure uniform sealing pressure. Compared to the heat roller system, this system provides a longer sealing time and stronger adhesion.
  • Clean sealing
    The right and left sealing bars are designed for accurate sealing operation. The sealing bars start sealing from the vertical seal side (supporting point) toward the folded section to prevent wrinkles and ensure clean sealing results. (Patented)
  • Low cost
    A low-cost machine with a simple mechanism has been realized.
  • Safety measures
    Covers are provided for areas where there is a risk of burns, pinching, amputation, etc. Opening these covers stops the machine.
